Price, bundles and guarantee
How the tiers work, what the 60-day guarantee covers, and the thirty-second check worth doing at checkout.
How the pricing works
Hinuki sells direct to consumers and prices in bundles: one box, two, three or four, with the per-box cost falling as the bundle grows. The headline "up to 70% off" refers to the larger bundles under the current promotion, and the discount is applied automatically at checkout.
We deliberately don't quote figures on this page. Direct-to-consumer promotions change often, and an out-of-date number is worse than no number — it's the single most common way affiliate pages mislead people without intending to. The live prices are on the store page.
Which bundle actually makes sense
| Your situation | Sensible choice |
|---|---|
| You've never tried a jelly-format supplement and want to know if you like it | One box. Ten days, highest price per box, and you're buying the option to walk away. |
| You know the format suits you and want a fair trial | Two or three boxes. Three is where the per-box price drops meaningfully and where a routine has time to become automatic. |
| You're confident, or splitting an order with someone | Four boxes. Lowest per-box price. Only worth it if you're genuinely going to get through them. |
One honest note on bundle pricing generally: the arithmetic is real — larger bundles genuinely do cost less per box — but the "you save X" framing always compares against the single-box price, which is set by the same company. Both things are true at once, and it's worth knowing that while you choose.
The 60-day money-back guarantee
Hinuki advertises a 60-day money-back guarantee with a full refund if the product isn't right for you. Sixty days is notably longer than the thirty most brands in this category offer, and for a habit-shaped product that difference is meaningful — two weeks genuinely isn't long enough to judge a prebiotic fiber.
Before ordering, three things are worth reading on their page:
- When the window starts. From order date or from delivery? With shipping time that can be a week of difference.
- Whether opened boxes qualify. Some guarantees require unopened product, which would rather defeat the purpose of a trial period.
- Who pays return postage, and whether authorisation is needed. Most direct sellers require a returns number from support before you send anything back.
Depending on where you're ordering from, consumer law may also give you statutory cancellation rights on distance purchases. A commercial guarantee sits on top of your legal rights rather than replacing them.
What's included
| Item | Manufacturer's statement |
|---|---|
| Shipping | Direct from the manufacturer, with order tracking |
| Guarantee | 60-day money back, full refund |
| Support | Order tracking, returns and contact via the Hinuki help centre |
| Discount | Applied automatically at checkout |
The thirty-second check, which applies at any direct-to-consumer checkout: before you confirm, read the final order summary. Check the total, the number of boxes, whether any extras have been pre-selected, and whether anything on the page mentions a recurring order or subscription. It takes half a minute and occasionally saves a genuinely annoying conversation with your bank.
Where not to buy it
Hinuki sells through its own store. Listings elsewhere — marketplaces, third-party resellers — don't come from the manufacturer, which means neither the 60-day guarantee nor batch traceability applies to them. For a consumable you're eating daily, that's not a trivial distinction.
